I hope you can join me as I create an ocean of celestial sounds and vibrations from the gongs, singing bowls, bells and more!  The intention of this Gong Song is to feel the energy of our hearts flowing and spiraling out so we may more fully experience the pure Joy of Life!

This is a lay out event, and so in order to be comfortable and totally relaxed, please bring a mat, pillow and blanket and wear warm comfy clothes.  There are chairs available if you prefer not to stretch out on the floor (please let Jamie know in advance). Also bring your water bottle and a notebook/journal if you want to track the shifts in your experience.
