I love the image of Ganesh, the elephant headed Hindu deity that clears away obstacles and opens the way for us to move forward in Life.  It has been my experience that participating in a Gong Song can have that rejuvenating effect too!  The multidimensional sounds and vibrations of the Gongs, Singing Bowls, Bells and other instruments calms our chatty minds and soothes our bodies.  This relaxed state allows our deeper, intuitive wisdom to bubble up, and solutions emerge to situations that we have been pondering and wanting to change.

I invite you to join me for this transformative Gong Song, Thursday, September 21, 6-7:30 pm at Day by Day Healing Center.  The journey will begin with deep breathing, setting an intention and settling into the soundscape.  A gentle return (and chocolate!) will complete this magical time together!
