April’s Full Moon is known by some as the Pink Moon because the pink Phlox start to bloom! The energy of the Full Moon and it’s alignment with the planets help us to be aware of our deepest desires. This seems timely as Yoga Deza finishes its first month in the new space! What are your desires that you would like to propel into manifestation?

I invite you to join me as I create a Sacred Space to set our intentions with gongs, singing bowls and bells. The beautiful sounds and mysterious vibrations will help you leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind, and journey to the depths of your dreams, intuition and the Light of your soul!

We will begin the evening with deep breathing, gentle stretches and setting an intention that is right for you. Then you will comfortably settle into your mat as the Gong Song helps you to experience what wants to unfold. A gentle return completes this magical journey!
