Hi there Gong Lovers.

This July the Gongs, Singing Bowls, other interesting instruments and I will once again be at the Fayetteville Movement Festival held on Mt. Sequoia.  See the link for more information

This year’s creative line up has a wonderful mix of easy to challenging movement workshops, ice plunge and my favorite, my Gong Song!  I hope to see you there!
