Labyrinth and Gongs

Wowza!! Full Moon & Gongs!!
December 3 will be the last Full Moon and Gong Song at Yoga Deza until March 31, 2018!!! (I have an opportunity to be in India for January and February!)
So, as the days get shorter and the shadows lengthen, come find comfort in the Sacred Space created by the mystical sounds of gongs, singing bowls and bells. There we will leave chronological time and enter the timeless realm of dreams, intuition and unseen energies. The beautiful and other-worldly sounds vibrate around and through you, helping to release tension, relax deeply, and be more receptive to the Light in your soul.
We will begin the evening with deep breathing, gentle stretches and setting an intention that is right for you. Then you will comfortably settle into your mat as the Gong Song helps you to experience what wants to unfold. A gentle return completes this magical journey!
