A friend recently gifted me with this sweet singing bowl! It “plays well with others” and I will be bringing it to the Gong Song this week.

The theme this month is Gong Song as a Portal. Many people have commented that they felt the sounds and vibrations created a portal that carried them to other states of consciousness. These have been safe places offering refuge and deep insights.

I hope you can join me (and my new singing bowl) as the sounds from these amazing instruments swirl around you and through you, helping you reach states of deep relaxation. In this relaxed state, free from the usual chatty mind, you can release physical tensions and have those wonderful “aha” moments.

Come raise your vibes while staying cool!  The sounds and vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls, bells and more facilitate profound states of relaxation and shift your energy to a higher frequency.  Tensions and blockages (physical, mental and emotional) dissolve and you emerge from the Gong Song feeling refreshed and energized.  Join me, Jamie White, for another transformative experience of good vibrations!

Join me, Jamie White, and my ensemble of Gongs, Singing Bowls, Bells and more for an experience that can alleviate physical tension and dissolve energetic blockages. Imagine being surrounded and infused with sounds and vibrations that transport you to states of profound relaxation, bliss and transformation.
