Last year was a busy one for me, after returning from India I moved from my house in town to one Joe built for us in the country. As a result, I didn’t have the time or mental space to offer Gong Song Meditations.

Now, 2020, I’m once again back from India and ready to share the wonder and joy of Singing Bowls and Gongs!!! I gathered all of the 31 Singing Bowls I’ve collected over the years and made groups that “play well together”. I’m soooooo excited!

My first offering is in the works for mid March—be on the lookout for details coming soon!

Blessings and Namasté,

Moving to the Other Side: Kundalini yoga, Chanting and Gong Song’

I am sooooo excited to be collaborating with Jimmye Whitfield again! Come join us for a life changing experience with Kundalini Yoga, chanting and a Gong Song.

Would you like to break away from patterns from the past that no longer serve you? It’s easy to move to a higher frequency using breath, movement and sound!

Jimmye, in her loving and skillfull way, will lead a Kriya set, as taught by Yogi Bhajan. This set is designed to be a total tune-up, an inner awakening, as you move your body and breath together.

The chant will be the Kirtan Kryia, and is the one Yogi Bhajan said would carry us through the Aquarian Age! “Saa Taa Naa Maa” is powerful!

The session will wind down as Jamie creates a cocoon of sacred sound currents with her ensemble of Gongs, Singing Bowls and Bells. As you settle onto your mat and drop into deep relaxation, you will experience the grace of Higher Intelligence, integrating the shifts that occurred during this afternoon of oneness!

Where: Be One Yoga Studio, 1041 N Garland Avenue, Fayetteville, AR

Gong Song & Air Element

I hope you will join me for the next session of the Five Element Gong Song Meditation series. In the sacred space I create with Gongs, Singing Bowls and Bells, you will float into a higher understanding of how Air is flowing through your life, and shift into more balance!

Air element is closely connected to the Heart Chakra and feelings of joy, heartfelt love for self and others, and the flow of ideas. People with dominant Air qualities are sometimes considered “spacey” or “Air head”, where thoughts and ideas abound. An imbalance can lean to stagnation in thoughts, excessive worrying, sadness, or cut off from feelings.

Imagine breathing deeply, stretching gently, setting your intentions and sinking into your mat for an hour of otherworldly sounds and vibrations! Calm mind, open heart and peaceful body–truly transformational!!!

Wednesday, November 14, 7:45-9:15 pm
