Voyages: Weekly Gong Song

These are a few of the comments I’ve received after recent Gong Songs:
“I loved the gong meditation!! I could feel the vibrations entering my joints and muscles. Incredible. I felt like I’d had 10 massages after your class.”
“I traveled to a place far away, and wasn’t ready to come back!”
“The aroma of my mother’s cooking wafted into my consciousness and lingered for a long time.”
Each Gong Song experience is different. I invite you to join us this Wednesday, September 20, and find out where your voyage takes you!

Monthly Full Moon & Gongs!

Since the beginning of time, the full moon has had a subtle yet profound influence on the environment and our lives. Similarly, the Gong, one of our oldest and most powerful transformational instruments, has been used for ritual, ceremony, prayer, and meditation since the Bronze Age. Come find out what alchemy occurs for you when the good vibrations of the gongs are experienced during the expansive full moon! Wowza!!!
September is the time to harvest corn, one of humans most treasured plants, hence the name the “Corn Full Moon”. It has always been a great source of nutrition as well as providing medicine. It is closely related to the sun with it’s golden, sun kissed hue. Corn is associated with health, protection, good fortune, and the Earth Goddess. What are you ready to honor and harvest?
We will begin our candlelight journey with deep breathing, gentle stretches, and setting an intention that seems right for you. Next, you will settle into your mat and for the next 50 minutes you will be transported on a healing journey as the beautiful, otherworldly vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls and bells completely surround and infuse you. A gentle return will complete this magical evening!

Come join us for a truly unique sonic experience and drink up the inspiration!
