Thank You and Goodbye!

The Full Moon in March, in all her radiance, reminds us that all of life is ever changing. And so it is with Yoga Deza also! Come join me, Jamie White, and my ensemble of Gongs and Singing Bowls as we say goodbye to the sweet space that has nurtured us in so many ways. The intention will be to say “thank you and goodbye” to all that we wish to release, and to welcome with an open heart all the new opportunities that are coming our way.

You may wonder how can the Gongs and Singing Bowls help facilitate this? The beautiful sounds and multi-tonal vibrations alter our consciousness into being in a more relaxed state. There we can access the Divine Wisdom that is at the core of our being in that still, peaceful place. The good vibrations also help loosen up stuck energy and create more space in our bodies and energy fields.

This will be the last event in the Sycamore location and will be the perfect way to say goodbye & prepare for the next Full Moon celebration in the new studio!

We will begin the evening with deep breathing, gentle stretches and setting an intention that is right for you. Then you will comfortably settle into your mat as the Gong Song helps you to experience what wants to unfold. A gentle return completes this magical journey!

When: Saturday, March 30, 2018. 7:30 – 9:00pm

Where: Yoga Deza, 622 W. Sycamore Street, Fayetteville, AR.

What to Bring: Your favorite soft mat, pillow and blanket–this is a layout event and you will want to be comfy!

Cost: $20 drop-in

Good Vibrations!

Hi Gong Lovers 🌟

I am back from my trip to India and have been thinking about the schedule for the evening Gong Song Meditations at my office. Due to work and family commitments, I have decided to have them once a month, on the 2nd Wednesday of each month. This schedule will start April 11.

I know some of you who come regularly will be disappointed and I truly regret that. But there will still be opportunities for you to get the good vibrations. I am continuing the Full Moon and Gong Song at Yoga Deza–this month it will be Saturday, March 31 at 7:30pm. I’ll let you know the date and time in the months to come. And the annual Goddess Festival is coming up and I will be having a Gong Song Saturday, March 24 at 3:00pm (more on that later!)

And don’t forget, you can schedule a private Gong and Singing Bowl session with me in my massage room! There is space in there for 2 or 3 friends, and you can share the cost ($60 per hour).

I look forward to seeing you soon!

With much appreciation,

Jamie White

Stability Comes from Within

We all need stability in our life; a quiet reassuring voice that whispers that regardless of what is going on around us, we will be ok. Sometimes that sense of stability comes from friends & family. But stability also comes from within; that quiet inner wisdom that allows us space to pause, breathe deeply and know we are ok.
Nurture yourself in the sanctuary created by the beautiful sounds of gongs, singing bowls and bells. As you snuggle down on your mat, you will be surrounded and infused with other-worldly vibrations that can help you reach a deeper sense of relaxation and peace. There you can reconnect with your divine wisdom.

Harvest Moon and Gong Song

The Harvest Moon, this year in October, represents the abundance of our blessings. After planting the seeds of our desires and tending to the details of their growth, now is the time to enjoy their bounty!
Our intention this month will be to ask “what gifts have I received that nourish me?” The mystical sounds and vibrations created by the gongs, singing bowls and bells create a cocoon of sacred space. There we leave chronological time and enter the timeless realm of dreams, intuition and unseen energies. What revelations will occur for you when the good vibrations of these ancient transformational instruments are experienced during the shimmering full moon?
We will begin our candlelit journey with deep breathing, gentle stretches, and setting an intention that seems right for you. Next, you will settle into your mat and for the next 50 minutes you will be transported on a healing journey. A gentle return will complete this magical evening!

Come join us for a truly unique sonic experience and drink up the inspiration!
What to Bring: Your favorite soft mat, pillow and blanket–you will want to be comfy laying down!
